Nashville Auction School supports Continuing Education and encourages all auctioneers to continue the learning process throughout their auctioneering career. For many auctioneers, continuing education is elective; however, some states with licensing laws do require some form of continuing education in each license renewal period.
Nashville Auction School provides regular continuing education programs in the classroom, online, and through a variety of partnership programs. In addition, we are the only auction education provider in the country which offers programs specifically designed for multi-state licensed auctioneers. In 2009, we partnered with the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors to offer the only programs available in Tennessee that are dually approved for Real Estate and for Auction Continuing Education. We look forward to continuing this program and expanding our course offerings in 2010.
Nashville Auction School works closely with the various state licensing boards to stay abreast of changes in continuing education requirements, and we modify our programs to respond to the industry changes and the changing requirements set forth by licensing boards. For information about your continuing education requirements please contact us in advance to ensure a specific program offering meets your needs.
Our classroom programs do have a minimum enrollment of four (4) students for the class to make. Registration deposits will not be processed until the class is confirmed, and class confirmation will be made no later than five (5) days before the scheduled class date. Special programs on alternate dates are also available. Please call the office for more information on a special program for your company.

**These programs are two (2) hours in length. Cost is variable depending on membership in MTAR and the MTAR leadership council. These programs are available to all licensed auctioneers and real estate professionals regardless of affiliation with the Association of Realtors. Dates are subject to change and cancellation, and are pending approval from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
