Meet the Owners

JASON DEEL

Jason, originally from Haysi, VA, is the founder of JD’s Realty & Auction of Clinton, TN. He grew up collecting as a child and continued his collection while serving 20 years in the U.S. Army. As a young man, Jason was destined to serve in the U.S. Army as a leader and officer. Jason served in six combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in the Army as an Infantry Officer.

Jason earned his M.B.A. from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology from Webster University while attending Command & General Staff College. Jason most recently served as the 4th Brigade 3rd Infantry Division Deputy Commander.

After retirement, Jason & Natalie knew they wanted to continue to help people solve problems. Jason has continued to further his education by attending the National Auctioneers designation for Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, the Auction Marketing Management, Graduate Personal Property Appraiser Course and the covenant Certified Auctioneers Institute course at Indiana University.

Jason & Natalie have been married for nine years and live in Clinton, TN. They have two children, Maleah & Jacob.

NATALIE DEEL

Natalie, originally from Roseburg, OR, is the Co-Founder of JD’s Realty & Auction of Clinton, TN. She is a graduate of the University of Portland in Oregon, earning her B.S. in English. Natalie served eight years in the U.S. Army as an officer and had two deployments.

Natalie has spent over 120 hours continuing her professional education and receiving the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce (RCS-D), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) with the commitment to provide outstanding and relevant real estate services to clients. Natalie’s greatest professional desire is to assist families navigate through the difficulties of liquidating a lifetime of collecting, and the acquiring and disbursing of real property during all phases of life.

After over 12 years of active-duty military service in both the United States Marines and the United States Army, my family and I call Middle Tennessee home. I am a father of 6 children and graduated from Nashville Auction School in 2013.  In 2022 I was elected to the position of Vice President for the Tennessee Auctioneers Association after serving as a Director from 2018-2021.  I am an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and since 2021 serve as the Tennessee State Membership Ambassador, Benefit Auction Summit Task Force, and as a Certified Estate Specialist approved instructor.  I have over 200 hours teaching courses at Nashville Auction School since my own graduation.  I have a passion for bid calling in which competitions which have earned me the 2019 TN State Champion Auctioneer, 2017 TN Rookie Bid Calling Champion, 2017 2nd Runner-Up at the Mule Day Bid Calling Competition, 2021 Reserve Champion Mule Day Bid Calling Competition, and the 2018 TN Volunteer Open Bid Calling Competition Champion and International Auctioneer Championship Finalist.
